All that's left to buy is top end gaskets, S300 & an oil pump, then we're good to go parts wise. I will add manifolds etc at a later date.

Fitted a genuine grille to replace the crap bad fitting copy that was on before :D

Genuine is top, copy bottom -

Getting closer and closer to doing the swap! Only a few more small parts to buy now, all the major money spending is done :lock: Just got to get a cheap run around to use when the 9's off the road and work can begin ;)

I got my cam cover airbrushed, should look amazing in the bay! So excited to see it installed. :D chuffed to bits! (It's championship white too ;))

That's a big injector for an N/A build is it not?
Same injectors I'll be buying for my build, one of the best injectors out there from the things I've read.

It is big but it's better to go too big than too small. The tuning will sort that out. Was advised by the tuner to go that big to cover all possibilities! Well that's good, I bought them off ijwhiteman and he used them on his N/A B18 so should be fine :)

Sweet!
Romain your tuner? He recommended them to me aswell lol
Swears by them apparently.

I'm using TDI North in Warrington for mine, closest to home and good reputation! It's good to hear they are decent, I read up on them a little before I bought

Might be worth cleaning them considering the type of failure Ian's car had.
When I pulled my injectors out injector 3 had oil all over it and god knows what else.
I'm using injectortune and it's £57 for 4 cleaned and flow tested, then sent back
