Wasn't there something on top gear ages ago that mentioned a site to find car numbers out
 
yes but it only goes by car type. So ek9, ep3, fn2 and fd2 will all be under the Civic Type R heading.

Still running. all exterior OEM.
Engine- De cat exhaust, excedy stage 1 clutch, induction system, cusco coilovers, front strut brace.
Actually selling the car with 93,000 kpm, 12 months mot, service and 6 months tax.
Body work is fair/good, polishes up lovely but front splitter and both front wings could do with a respray. seats are rip free.
How much do you think its worth?

hope more ek9 owners from Malaysia know about this thread and can update it. heard around 50+ units around here, legit ones though.

#56 was black. From the factory. Its not stripped out and is still spoon blue. I'm impressed if it was stripped as it all appears to be OK and working, no rattles. There is speaker wire at the rear holes, so if it was stripped, it wasn't done SO well!!
Curious to know of any further history / owners and its pre-import history, ie who sprayed it, where and why. :)
If anyone knows anything (I not a load of Japanese documentation), then please let me know as I'm curious. Thanks :)

What's the details then buddy?
 
do all pre-facelift Ek9's begin with EK9 - 100 and do all facelift EK9's begin with EK9 - 110
