TPS issue

Sounds like a map issue to me.
I can send you an itr basemap with your injector info written in if you get stuck.

Try reverting to the original Tb with the same TPS. Calibrate the closed voltage first and see if your car starts.

What ECU u running? You shouldnt have to touch anything else if the swap gave you the problem.

Okay for some reason my tps has gone way out after swapping the throttle body on to the new inlet.

I cant for the life of me get it to specs which supposedly is 0.48-0.5V CT and 4.5V WOT.

I can get WOT set but the closest I've been to closed is 0.61ish and that is with the stop screw fully wound out.

So I stumbled across calibrating through google and only one thread says the car needs to be warm because the values will change if not warmed up, is this true ? and will a more or less dead battery give wrong values because I've now killed off the battery spending countless hours trying to get this sorted.

The TPS, as far as I'm aware was fine before I swapped out the inlet.
Any input is greatly appreciated.

The throttle body was the one originally on the car.

I forgot to mention it's not fixed , no idea why I couldn't get it to calibrate within specs, in regards to the reverse values that was down to the d series pins, the plug and sensors the same but the pins are all in different locations which caused the values to reverse, I didn't check this because my pins fell out when the plug snapped so didn't know right from wrong when wiring in the d series plug.

Did we get to the bottom of this in the end?
Turns out I can't reach 4.5v open on mine now. Most I'm getting is 4.1

Same with mine, I've left it at 0.5 closed 4.1 open
I'll let the tuner on Wednesday do what he can with it , I'm done messing with it now lol, it won't get within oem specs with either of the 3 TPS sensors

Yeah I'm just going to use it as it is I think. Not too big a deal

I was able to get 0.45v ct and 4.5 wot but when I start the car the idle would hunt to 1500rpm and drop to 750rpm and just repeat so had to drop the voltage range of ct to 0.43 0.44 to get it to idle steady but I have a haynes Manuel and it says around 0.5ct and 4.5wot

Mine used to hunt, only when I had got it to operating temp, turned it off for abit then turned it back on, that was probably when the closed was above 0.5 .
