I've just found this set and it says to be used in the 99-00 ek9 they are 81.0mm pistons and takes the B16B to a B18C effectively.

Different crank, pistones and conrods.

What would you have to do to the block to install this? Does it have to be bored out or does it get the extra capicaty from the stroke?

I assume you'd need a different ecu??

Will this fit a EK4 B16A2??? As far as i'm awar they are the same as the 9?

No this setup will not fit the b16a the b16b block is slightly different! So if you want this setup you will need a b16b or b18c block for a start! Then you should go for the slightly oversized pistons and get your block honed this will make for much better seals like a barand new engine! But you are right the extra capacity comes from the stroke!!!

all of the above is true... you will also need a different ecu.

It's also worth knowing that spoonsportseurope have now discontinued the
B16B stroker kit :nono:but theres some still for sale

Interesting. So i could't bore my A2 out to accomodate the kit?

from what i recall the only 1800cc stroker kit available for the b16a is from jun.
