can any help skunk 2 v2 header not fitting properly hitting the sump please help thank guys
 
Just out of curiosity, where and when did you buy it? As above, you're not the first one with this issue send it back for a refund.

Will try but one of the people fitting it heated it up and try to bend it mate
 
What is a good manifold to go for which will fit properly and get good power
 
Can't believe they are still selling it as they are full aware of the issue, money first who cares about reputation... Write a review on their website, lets see if they put it up?

As much as I don't really like Tegiwa because of their pushy attitude their Toda mani copy is hard to beat TBH. Seems they've copied it well so performance should be the same as the original (i.e. very good) and I haven't heard any complaints with regards to quality either (I know there might have been issues with the first batch or whatever but I'm sure those have been ironed out long ago). So yeah, Tegiwa's "own" is probably the best in terms of gains/£
 
As @oifovo said I actually can't believe @Tegiwa Imports are still selling them with the known fault!

But as @oifovo said again.. Tegiwas own manifold is the one to go for in my books. I have it and my car made good power and very good torque after a remap with this. Price is good and fitment is perfect doesn't hang low :)
 
Do you have any photos showing it hitting the sump?

Returning the manifold is no problem, please email us and we'll sort out the collection for you at no cost to yourself.

As far as taking the product down, we'll do this today and change it to say b16a only. Fitment hasn't been clear cut as a guy with a b18c on here had one fit perfect so that lead us to think that maybe it's isoltated manufacturing differences since Skunk2 have said there have been no issues fitting to b18c's over there either.
 
TBH the fact that it fits some and not others is imho much more worrying than if it didn't fit any B18s, it just shows their QC is practically non existent.
 
Tegwia r sending me out a version 1 manifold they have not got any of there own manifold r they any good
 
on a b18c6 the v2 fits fine. Sits close to sump but it does clear it and I have a slight gap between mine and the sump.

v1's seem ok but didn't test mine as was on with trying to wire in the electrics and get the car running when I had it fitted. Only selling mine as got a v2 and the v1 was a bit tight on a 3g civic engine bay.

There are only good if you are not low, the ground clearance is pretty poor I'd rather wait for their mani tbh
