Hi Guys quick question... if I use a T piece for the turbo oil feed from the OE oil pressure switch and have the OE pressure switch in the T as well, would it be ok/recommended (or not) to use a sandwich plate for the oil cooler that has additional fittings for the oil pressure gauge and temp sensor?

Hope that makes sense

Sounds ok to me.
For reference I had a t-piece, that had an extra two ports, that I used for turbo feed and oil pressure.
Oil plate for oil cooler and the oil temp in the sump.
Make sure your t-piece is 1/8bspt and not 1/8 NPT.

Yeah that's fine.
I run the same set up but I'll probably try murrays way on the next engine to eliminate one of the plates

I run the stock oil pressure switch, oil pressure gauge and oil feed remotely due to the risk of it snapping in the block with the t-piece.
and my temp is direct from a fitting in the sump :)
