Yea exhaust manifold...i really dont have much to spend but if the cheap ones are onli scrap id prefer to save for a good one.

Thanks,Ill try them so...heres another thing if you can help.i had the car up on the lift today and i see that 2 of my engine mounts are cracked.the rubber bit of them.the one on the gearbox side is not so bad but the passenger side is bad.can i get uprated ones or would i be as well off geting factory ones and installing a engine damper at a later date.

Spoon mounts were cheaper (and firmer) than OE Honda ones before the economy went tits up, might want to check with Bazza if this is still the case.
