jdm b18c sir-g slow

sorry but it is been a while,since my last post.
update: i have changed the ect and aftermarket radiator.
for oem ect.and mishimoto dual core rad. half size.
the rad twice,it was leaking on a weld,no problem did get another one.
0 60 when i push her really ferm just over 8 seconds.
so the replaced parts did help some.
did not think of it much further,until i read on other forums.
so why i did not come on this before.
before my swap i did extensive search,on what parts to upgrade.
i remember that the stock fuelpump would be ok?
well i and some others dont think so.(now)
part numbers on D and B series are different.
also the psi numbers.
so looking at prices for oem honda fuelpump for a sir-g.
mercy me over 400 euro.
so that is not going to happen.
would a adjustable fuel pressure regulator do the job?
