how to tell if its real

im might be getting a b16b head for my ek4 for a good price and im just wondering is there any easy ways to tell if its a b16b head and not a b16a with a red rocker. also the the bottom end wount be attached so i wount be able to look at the stamp on the block

any help appricated

There's a picture of the B16B camshaft --> look out for the extra groove at the end.
