Headgasket

Was looking at replacing the oem head gasket with a mugen, spoon or toda one for slightly increased compression. Has anyone had one fitted and with what results?? also can you post and reasons for major avoidance??

I changed mine for a Mugen one. I did it when I changed my cams, I don't think it's worth to change the gasket alone, too much work for a small gain.

i wouldnt be doing all that work jus to change the head gasket . would only bother about doing it if was replacing valvetrain etc. bit much work for all you will gain out of it .

worthless unless you change the cams also, if not just do a final drive upgrade
