Am I right thinking there's no issue on the location of the fuel filter to fuel rail line or does the feed need to be away from the regulator ?

Reason I ask is I have a braided line and it's longer than expected so was going to fit it into the other fitting which is closest to the regulator so I don't have excess hose hanging around.

My aem rail has two an6 threads on either side , one where the oem line usually goes and the other side is blanked off, I'm looking to use the blanked off side if it won't cause any issue and blank the oem side off.

Can you not cut the braided line down? I'd run it the OEM way personally, that way fuel comes in one side of the rail and then the excess out the other side via the regulator. I know that with it being under pressure it will still fill the rail up either side but to me it just makes better sense to have it that way.

As long as you have the filter on the rail feed line there's no issue. Closer the better to the rail

I'll just cut it then, just a waste of hose but I guess it's that way for a reason.
