engine mounts

i read some where else on dis site about filling engine mounts with window caulk or urethane but i was wondering exactly what to ask for and where would i get urethane or window caulk any help would really help thanks

I use engine mounts inserts of EnergySuspension, made of polyurethane. They are very good and are not expensive.

in the search type: urethane casting compounds

the one i used was the "Flexible Urethane" NOT the putty, just get the one thats around $30 the more expensive ones are large quantities. i used 60A its pretty stiff but you can get 80 or 94 if you wanna get crazy. the $30 tub is good for about 4-5 engine mounts.
