Hey guys, Ive just got a bit of an issue with my ek 9 atm, the car randomly becomes really slow to get off the time after driving around. it wont do it when its in the morning, but for example after driving around for like 20 min-30 min. It will be fine one minute, and when I stop at the lights and pull out, it will feel like ive got an anchor out of the car. doesnt get off the line any where near as quick as it should. if I restart the car it goes back to normal..
any ideas? no CEL thrown. it feels like Im running out of fuel? the car does not jerk at all, but just really slow. help plz :angry2:

how is the clutch? i know after a few passes my car slows down cause my clutch stops holding...

When was the last time you did a service to the car?

I had a b18cr conversion done to it, and its doing it after the b18cr. It runs really well other times (when its going normally) and been regularly serviced. the b18cr was well serviced too apparently, owned by a mechanic. I dont think its the clutch cause it comes straight back to normal when I shut it off and restart it. Im thinking it may be some sensor sending out wrong signals, or fuel pump/injectors? may be? but because it fixes it self straight away after a restart, Im leaning towards more to sensors. any more thoughts or experience like this ? thanks

factory itr ecu, when i go to get codes I get a solid cel. Im assuming that means no codes?

Distributor m8,
have you got access to your old b16b one or can you borrow one to test?

Dunx

damn, no I dont, how can I test the dizzy out? its so annoying cause its doing it intermittently:angry2:

hmmm... this almost sounds like a main relay issue, sometimes like they to go out then cut back in...
