Ek4 trouble

Still there fs I'm running out of ideas going to get a good look over it tomorrow

Quickly skimmed over this so you'll need to clarify afew things.
You got a hesitation at very low throttle position?
Have you checked the throttle isn't sticking? Should be a fluid movement across the whole butterfly travel.

Put the induction back on reset the ecu but should there be like a buzz noise coming from it tried to upload a video but it won't let me

Very light mods full stainless system and decat and air filter. When you say fluid movement what you mean

Buzz like an electrical buzz? Engine running? Need to try and be specific with what your saying bud, otherwise it raises more questions than it answers

Basically I mean that there shouldn't be any point where the throttle feels stiff, like any point where it sticks basically.
Generally I'd expect it to stick when shutting the throttle more than opening but worth a go.

Have you pulled the abs fuse and tried it then?
Does it happen at any specific rpm or gear?
You sure you set TPS properly?

Also took the earth's off and give the connections a clean but they are abit green and like rusty

Can I make up my own earth's or is it a ready made kit. Silly question but could it be anything to do with the clutch or gearbox

Hi all right where do I start I reset the tps voltage so at ct it's sitting deadon at 0.45v and at wot 4.5v but after starting the car up as it was heating it started hunting so checked the ct voltage again and it was just slightly more than it should've been like was at 0.46 so adjusted the dead stop screw to bring the voltage down to 0.44v. I then adjusted the idle screw and then moved the ignition timing slightly as it was off just a fraction. So far so good but it feels now as if it needs more tweaking.

Back again problem still here but I think my headgasket is gone fs all I need

I think it maybe a false alarm I had a look and the distributor is leaking some oil so I'm getting a new oring for it tomorrow. I know you said about the dead stop screw but I was following the instructions on how to set up the throttle position sensor but it's easy changed back

I cant wait till your car is sorted mate, ive been following this thread and seriously feel your frustration. Dont take this the wrong way but if i got to your point by now, i would get it checked properly and pin point the problem but someone who works on these day in day out. Im not saying you dont know what your doing but two heads are better than one.
All the best, hope it all works out.
