EG B16A2 to EK ECU Harness problem

Hi everyone, I have a B16A2 with p30-n21(spoon made) from EG. And I want to swap it to my EK.
I found out that the harness doesn't fit. Is EG harness different from EK or OBD1/2 problem?

I also got a 37820-p2t-003 ecu on my hand, is it fine to plug in the P2T and start the car?

What should I do if i want to use the p30-n21 ecu?

think its a different OBD from memory. You can buy conversion harnesses for it for cheap
