would power fc work with head work and stroking an engine if i change my mind thanks

Well It depends, you may find it at your local stores or order it and wait for it until it comes through the sky or sea. Here I had to do the second and wait for a couple of months to arrive and that patience was killing me.....:nerv:
 
For the price, the Power FC is a good unit, but as a "standalone ecu", you can get better (e.g AEM).

The choice of ecu you get though would come down to who you are getting to tune your car. No point putting in a Power FC if your tuner doesn't have the software to tune it (as in the Power Excel software, not the FC Commander unit). This is where Hondata, crome, neptune etc take the lead, as every tom, dick and harry tuner has experience with at least one of these :)
 
Yea Stephen said something you should consider before buying anything! Any ECU is as good as your tuner!! If you have no access to someone who can tune a particular ECU, don't buy it
 
the best ECU will always be the one your tuner can tune, but i do agree with MFactory, apexi power FC is good but aem ems is better, thats what i have and im enjoying it :) it has more features than power FC but i think power FC is a bit cheaper.
 
who is going to tuner your motor? ask him what ecu tuning he is familiar with!
