D14 to b16a2! Engine running fine but water don't seem to be circulating an the fan don't kick in??

D14 to b16a2 conversion .Engine running fine but water don't seem to be circulating an the fan don't kick in?? The temp sits at 1 third so not over heating! Also brought a cheap alloy rad off eBay if that helps!? any help would be kl thanks

Make sure you have bleed the coolant system correctly as water pump may be faulty and the temp thermostat may also be sticky which can cause the issue with the temp guage. Fan only kicks in if the car feels it is nessesary to do so.
