CTR N1 crank pulley

i have 98 specR into my civic and i want to know if they a difference (hp gain or it's money wasted).....and i think we have to keep off the power steering too .....
 
There is some HP, weight, and steering feel benefit to having no power steering, and there is also a weight and HP benefit to having no AC (if your car came with with it).

But the CTR pulley was really made for the better balanced b16b and I wouldn't use it on anything else, even if it won't kill a b18c in most all cases. You can send your stock pulley out to king motorsports and have them machine off the extra pulleys, so you can still keep the rubber harmonic damper and keep the motor happy. Or better yet use a fluidamper, you can read about them here-

I've seen it been used on race only, b18c and even b20, all died tho...
