My cars been doing this for about 3 weeks now, even when warm and been drivin for a good 30 mins.

On idle it revs constantly up and down between 1k and 1.5k revs, up, down, up , down, up , down, sounds quite embarrasing when you stop at lights!

i can get it to stop if i position my foot on the throttle just right so it stays at a constant 1.25k rpm . at first i assumed mayb the very cold weather or something to do with the remap?

    any help appreciated

Also this seems to be a common Henry map trait, so may just have to live with it aha.

    vaccuum pipes?

I thought i would post up what has seemed to be a fix for this problem, and it wasnt what i was expecting...

my battery was totaly out of juice at the time i was often needing a jump start untill i manged to find a battery with the right terminals.

since i fitted the new battery a week or so a go the car has idle'd perfect !

    anyone ever heard of this?

Probably because the ecu would have reset when you removed battery to fit new one.
