Right ok iv no idea why it posted all them pic two times?
Sorry .

Think the centre one is a slightly different spec tollerance but like microns of a difference. IIRC its slightly loser.

Can't remember which were which, I think the loosest was one of the end bearings (1 or 5). They were all pretty damn close to be fair. Doing the big ends and ring gaps tonight, kinda lost the will to live with it all and needed a break the last few nights.

The centre bearing has a slightly different tolerance. (Looser) probably for crank flex.
Aslong as they are all within spec then alls ok.

Just to update this, I did the rods yesterday and were all good so I can confirm the ACLs have worked for me.

Im building a b18c just now, standard crank never ground but was balanced and polished before refit. ACL race bearings in standard size but the mains are all way to loose .076 going to swap to oem honda in standard colors.

It's the Polish that's pulled the clearance up.
I've had 3 sets of acl bearings. Two on an unpolished crank and 1 on a polished one. The two unpolished where perfect, we'll fine.
The polished crank has some extra clearnace to it.
Isn't Oem clearance like 020?
