im about to purchase my first ek9!

completely standard as i want to do everything myself and was wondering what peoples recommendations on mods would be?best gains etc?

was thinking about a mugen twin loop or spoon n1 exhaust,j's racing carbon induction and possibly a final drive.

what would people recommend from personal experience??

Add lightweight flywheel a la aluminum flavor and perhaps 3 puck clutch and you have the best gains.

no exhaust? I say exhaust for sure with that setup, your revving up faster, your creating exhaust faster, you will need to get rid of it faster...

Power is in the header.

Sure the exhaust is a bottle neck now, but if I had to choose, I'd get the more important piece first.

more so than just a catback and no header.

At least that is my experience with most Bseries (vtec or not) that have at least an OEM ITR/CTR catback.
