Yes it might weigh 30-40 lbs more but you can eliminate over 10 pounds of rotating weight from your engine and increasing your oil pressure by removing the balancer shafts. Also removing your butterfly plate is shaving another 7lbs off the weight. All in all , it just comes down to the weight...

1-check to see if injectors are working properly, also look for loose connections. 2-check ECU...could be fried 3-check GROUND wires
