If you play on the safe side, yes EK9/Tegra cams are good choices. Better than the stock VTi cams but not so agressive like the skunk or rocket cams, but you can use the EK9 cams with the stock cr. so don't need to change the pistons and the other things. And the rev. limit is all right as well...

Yes, the headlightwasher is standard equipment at the Type-S. It has xenon lights (factory eqiupment) and this is a criterion.
