i agree with vtec6000 have heard of one or two cases of these snapping but on more powerful cars,doubt its anything you have done wrong.although you do give it death in tullow!!

you may hear some air escaping due to poorly seated valves etc or other small wear,but could be ok.if its only a small amount you may be fine.get a leakdown test before you go mad stripping it you are bound to lose a bit on an old engine

well if you are only going like 0.5 to 0.7 quicker with 35 or so more supposed horsepower there is a problem start with manifold.get another dyno though before you start trying to fix stuff so your not chasing your tail.

oh.you must have a quick ep3 then man!! 212hp should be extremely fast..

might go for a look doubt ill have anythin to drag this time though mate leavinh the ek9 at home this time, unless i bring tthe 20valve!!

well people can anyone tell me is there a conversion harness available to go from obd1 to obd2b? i ask because a friend has been offered a hondata ecu for small money its in an eg6 sir and he wants to put it in a facelift ek9. help appreciated!!

you want an even reading on all 4 ie within 10 psi or so of each other.all testers read differently no way youll get 250 but anything from 190 up to 230 has always been fine in my experience.a better haelth check is a leak down test.

it does sound like the voltage regulator in the alternator but unlikely if its same on both alternators,did you pinch any parts of the loom etc broken wire? regarding the idle problem did you put a new gasket on when you changed manifolds and tb etc?could be drawing air.btw b16b and b18c...

i do it a lot just cover the dizzy and plug holes and you wont have a problem.
