Use a hammer and screwdriver to assist the stuck rotor. I had to do this to replace my worn one, no other way to get it off.

    EK9/DC2 cat and MOT

You may be able to improve the emissions by smashing the car through a terraclean or similar system if you have them in Portugal, or maybe even getting the injectors ultrasonically cleaned. What elchunk said worked to get my Civic through an emissions test a couple of years ago. Terraclean then...

Swapping injectors to new manifold, what do I need?

Maybe have a word with Stew at Spirit9. He can do injector cleaning for a decent price and will also replace the seals. Either way, you could get them cleaned or find out which seals should be replaced :)

    WTB: EK9 Steering rack

According to this: http://www.crxsi.com/jdm/ek9-1004248/Steering-Brakes-Suspension-Steering-Column2.htm The part number is 53200-S04-J82. On Lings it is listed as superceded by P/N 53200-S04-J83 - not cheap by the way :nono: Hope this helps.

    DC5 steering wheel

What is the outside diameter of the DC5 wheel? Is it smaller than the OEM EK4 one? I've always found that it feels a bit on the big side for the size of car.

    Exhaust manifold securing bolt length

I ordered x7 bolts to replace the ones used to secure the manifold to the head from my local dealer. 2 of the correct ones came in, along with the studs etc, and the guy on the parts desk told me that he'd managed to match up the bolts with another one they had in stock. When I got there, they...

    Advice on exhaust fitment required

I'll try: Is it physically possible to fit a cat of 2.5" diameter to a 2.25" diameter B-pipe and still maintain a gas tight seal? Or will I need to fit some sort of reducer in between to make them compatible?

    Advice on exhaust fitment required

For anyone interested, and for future reference I've gone for the following. Original, rather lengthy, message is below. UNIVERSAL-FIT CATALYTIC CONVERTER Part #59956 I found a number for Nemesis UK, which are a official distributor of Magnaflow products. Spoke to a helpful chap who...

    b16a2 integra clutch HELP!!

I just changed my EK4 B16A2 clutch, and fitted an ITR one (P73 I think was the part number). It was fitted by Honda, so no probs at all. Only paid £200ish quid for the kit from Tegiwa, but there was also somewhere selling them for about £170, I noticed after i'd bought mine. Google the kit...

Hard to drive slowly/ in traffic/ jerky

My EK4 used to clunk and jerk when coming on and off throttle at very slow speed and engine RPM, such as when in traffic. The clutch was replaced with an ITR one and an aftermarket flywheel fitted - clunk all gone :-) I can only imagine that the combo of worn release bearing and clutch were...

    Skunk2 or tegiwa

Tegiwa: Has the issue with one of the bolt holes not lining up been solved, or was that just a one-off? Also, when installing the manifold to an EK4 (standard), would I need a separate bracket if I wanted to make use of the rear one on the manifold?
