Hey guys Just looking into some updated info on who builds b20's nowadays? I know someone who wants a b20 built up so he asked me and I gave him Daz's DNR contact details plus Artech (for Romain) he also tried R Motion but hasn't got a reply from anyone so I started searching. Not sure why...

Why didn't you know that? You might have not known before the work was carried out but you knew when you paid cash and got the receipt right? Just incase you didn't get it then I'm sure he can provide you with a dated receipt for that head work so that won't be a problem then as he would have...

Customers shouldn't have to ask for any invoice showing all work thats ever been carried out from the start, if you forgot to give him one no worries then just send that aswell ?

So who have you contacted since your first post then? CAB, HMRC, small claims court, got any other advice from anywhere? People here have been giving you advice of who to go to even though you feel it won't do anything but do you actually know this for a fact or just cba? I feel for you mate...

Are you getting any error codes? Like on B and D series dizzys, they usually have sensors inside the dizzy like a crank sensor and camshaft position sensor amongst other stuff, if one of them is off it can give you an intermittent starting problem Just something else to check

The square plate itself is fine even though like you say theres no reason not to fit a UK style plate (on the front of any vehicle providing it fits) but yes the smaller lettering is very obvious and can be spotted quite a distance away. I had a square plate made up with the correct lettering...

New inlet and exhaust manifold gaskets would be handy while your there You running a baffled sump? If not new sump gasket along with a baffle kit is never a bad thing, theres some good cheap baffle kits on ebay, I've bought a couple from there off Tegiwa General service items and gearbox...

Do you still have sensors inside the dizzy like the crank sensor? Usual intermittent faults can be traced here

Yeah square plates on the front are fine on jap imports, would a copper know if it was imported or UK spec roadside? if they were an enthusiast then yes, otherwise the majority of them wouldn't I ran a front square plate on my old mr2 and it was proper jap styleee - facing down...
