Yep. The OEM 282mm caliper and carrier weigh in around 7kg per side.
The aluminium Wilwood Midilite caliper and adaptor bracket weighs in at 2.05kg. Caliper is 1.81kg and the bracket (just weighed it) is 245g.

Thanks! That's a huge saving. Just took some spoons off a friends ep3 and was shocked at the weight difference. Will drop you a pm now.
 
Obviously weight doesn't include the pads or bolts, but they're pretty similar it's not going to make a weight saving, you're talking grams :)
