Hi guys,

Wondering if you can help me. I am after a local garage which have a good reputation for working on my EK9. A lot of the places I used have now closed up and moved on unfortunately.

Im after a place that takes pride and car working on all its car, and whom dont tighen wheel nuts using an air gun (For example)!! You get the picture.

Ideally I'd like somewhere where they are keen to assist me with my places to tweak the car, and whom can guide me in regards to plans.

Thanks in advance guys,
Rush

Hi Rushy,

We are based in Walsall, West Midlands which i believe is where you purchased the car from isnt it? I know Matt who was the previous owner of your car.

Having owned Hondas and loving working on them and gaining much needed knowledge on them me and a friend decided to get our own place and work on cars after work more as a hobby than anything else but eventually we have created a great little customer base.

Having owned an Ek9 myself i always wanted mine to be in top condition and for that although i did all the work myself i used nothing but genuine Honda parts. I spent so much with my local Honda Parts Dept that when i turned up they never asked me for the chassis number they just punched it in as they saw me arrive on the car park :) shout out to Rich! He is Honda Parts Wizard!

Anyway thats just abit about me and where we started.

We can offer anything from an oil change to a complete engine swap and we even do custom exhausts/catch cans etc.

If this is of any interest to you please do not hesitate to contact me.

Mellorben@live.co.uk or the email in my signature (these get checked all day everyday)

Or alternatively 07nine3400seven649. This is my personal number and you can text me at any time and i will aim to reply as soon as possible but due to working a standard 60hour week at my day job i may not be able to reply right away. Or you can call anytime after 7.30pm.

Oh and just so that you are aware because we both work day jobs all of our work done at the unit is between 8pm and 2am as it stands until the beginning of next year when we hope to go full time. There is plenty of tea and coffee if you wanted to wait around or can always drop the car off and return for it later or the following day whichever is easiest for you.

Thanks and Regards

You forgot to mention where you are located.

I'm guessing somewhere within the West Midlands? ;)

Thanks for the reply Ben. Cool, may be exactly what I am looking for, especially as it sounds as if you know Honda's well and the car itself.

I've been into "fast" Peugeots most of my driving history so am very new to these cars. There are quite a few bits I want to discuss before going into detail with the work I need doing. Will drop you a PM or text towards the end of the week to discuss if this is okay?

Cheers
Rush

Ben knows his stuff alright, if I was near him I would not hesitate in bringing my honda to him.

Hi Rush,

No problem. I love Honda's they are a pleasure to work on. Where are you from then? Not too far from Walsall I take it?

Ahh cool, What Peugeots did you have before the Ek9? My second car was a 306 xsi, that was a pretty fun car :)

Ok well that's not a problem at all. Yeah of course, you can contact me at any time and we can discuss the things you are interested in.

Thanks Lee! Means a lot.

Regards

Ben
