hi guys and girl I am all new to this and trying to build my standerd ej9 up to make it nice for shows and car meets I have just brought a pre facelift ej9 illusion it's completely standerd at the mo but have all the parts eg coilovers exhaust wheels and a few over bits and bobs to git the build on its way but just trying to find a few more things and a few ideas and fort this would be the best site to sing up to and git a bit more experience if any one has any ideas I would love to see and hear about what's best cheers

Welcome, pretty decent group here so between us we should get to the bottom of any issue you've got...

Yess really good cheers lots of friendly people that like to help the novices which is all ways novices good .

:welcome: and look forward to seeing some pics....new to all this myself!

Yess I will git some pics up of the build just a bit tricky uploading them as they have to be low pixels or they won't load or is this just me ?

One of the admin guys should be able to advise what size you can upload....I put up quite a few of my 9 but the file sizes were around 100KB and no problem at all.

Okay cheers buddy I will have to have a look and see what I can do change a few settings on my camera :)

Welcome mate! Have a read through some of the great builds on here. I'm sure you'll get plenty of ideas:)

Cheers buddy yess I have had a look through a few of them haha so much on hear and some amazing car this is my second build I had a facelift ej9 in sliver before this but some old granny drove in to me and cause of the age of the car the insurance company bloody write it off but I manged to save a far bit of my parts and come a cross My pre facelift illusion ej9 with one owner from new hardly any mark on it garaged all its life fully Service history with Honda and only 43000 miles lovely . I want to git the out side looking nice then git a few penny's to giver to save for a b18 and give it some power as it's pretty slow living life in the little 1.4 and it's pretty depressing when your girl friend has a faster car than you and she flys passed you So I will be saveing buying and building as soon as and I can't wait

Sounds like you've got a good base to start from mate! Make sure it's protected well underneath and in the arches, that's the common problem with these old Hondas now haha. That'd be the first thing I'd do with a low mileage, clean Ek:) good luck!

Yess not a bad little motor . Okay cheers mate I will have a look and git that all sorted frist hey don't want it rotting out .
