Terry's EJ9 - Genuine parts :)

Got rid of the tow hook. I personally don't like them. Didn't have the right size socket, so used the lug wrench :)

Got the last wheel on. Still can't get the skirt off! The screw is apparently harder than the drill bit that I bought, specifically made to drill through metal :/

I love these wheels so much :) Car needs to be way way WAY lower. Any suggestions on how I should go about it? EK9 shocks with lowering springs, coilovers, etc.?

I'll be selling ek9 shocks and springs soon as I'm putting in coilivers, if your interested let me know! :nice:

Any pictures of them on the car? I'd be interested alright, at the right price :)

I won't have to change out the LCA's, like on my old EF, do I?

Finally got the skirt off! The screws wouldn't budge, so the heads were ground off. The skirt then had to be punched out.

This is what I'm left with... The other half of the screws cannot be removed. I suppose they'll be a great substitute for filler :p This side had WAY less s**t than the other. It'll be ok, once I sand it back and paint it :)

Should have some bits coming in this week. Gonna go buy some paint as well :)

Fitted my genuine wiper delete.

Tried cutting away what I can only describe as s**t, with a precision knife. Whoever thought this was a great idea, needs to be crucified...

Here's a closeup of the material. Can acetone really break this down?

New headlights :)

In the process of fitting them, I discovered the passenger-side bracket (Under the headlight), used for positioning the bumper, was mangled. Dunno how :p Inspected the area around it and no damage to the frame, thank God. The bumper isn't sitting right because of this, but its not that important, so I'll replace the bracket whenever.

Bought an EK9 rear bumper, complete with lip, to replace my old disgusting one :p

Also picked up these genuine wind deflectors :)

Looks good dude. got a geniune ek9 rear spoiler I may sell if you're interested?

Looking good man, starting to turn it around. Not really had much luck with the previous owner(s) picked up some decent bits for her.

Thanks :) No, not really LOL. I'll be painting the front bumper, lip, grille, skirts and boot spoiler soon. Then she's for sale :p

Bought a pair of EK9 taillights :) Can't wait to fit them!

Finally got around to fitting them. Completely different car :O

Hey, paint those fog lights outer parts to match car color and it seems headlights need some polishing.
Mine is EJ9 too. Get some coilovers. I had Eibach pro kit springs on stock shocks, until another one shock at the back started to leak.
So I got V-MAXX coilover set for 399 €:

Planning to paint the front already :) I'll get a restoration kit soon. Just too lazy right now :p

Not getting coilovers or planning to spend anymore money. Gonna sell this when I finish painting it, as I've another car now.
