Do any of you guys know what gasket is suppose to go here? I've just started working on my EK9 but I can't the gasket lol. I'm confident that there's definitely is one as it leaks like crazy when I start it up.

Cheers
Richard

Don't recall there being a gasket there when I re painted my servo.

If it's leaking (vacume?) there then the servo internal seals must be fooked. There should be no vacume pulling on the base of the master cylinder.

The vacume should pull on a diaphragm to assist the pushing of the master cylinder piston.

Yes, sorry I meant a vacuum leak. You maybe right come to think of it, the strange thing is though that it was fine when I removed it. I'm going to try filling the brake system with fluid and bleeding it, maybe it just needs some use or something.

Not sure about a vacuum leak but master cylinders do go wrong if they are left empty for prolonged periods of time, seems the seals are not meant to be exposed to air. That's why I stored mine upright full of brake fluid.

Good tip there^ best to keep them moist;)
