hi guys as above I'm looking for opinions/experience with clutches and flywheels for a turbo build.

Thinking about competition clutch stage two and their flywheel to go with it...

For a clutch it depends on your torque. Cant comment on flywheels as I used a stock one.
I had a CC stage 4 or 5. I cant remember. I only had 200 lbs ft at the wheels. Could say abit over kill but I would have been seriously annoyed if my clutch went at an event.

It was grabby and juddered abit, but I couldn't give it the proper bedding in CC tells you to do. I didn't mind though as the car wasn't a road car. Never slipped though, and it got some serious abuse when it was out.

Ive got stage 2 CC clutch.
Does say on all the adds for it " not for boosted applications" or something along those lines.
I was expecting mine to be a problem but it's fine at 230ftlbs/350hp.
Again, how much power you wanting to make?

I'd be over the moon with 280hp and 200ish ft/lbs but I don't want to get wrapped chasing a number, as long as it drives well. The stage two would probably do it but like murray said it would be annoying if there was slip once it's in. How much was your stage two if you don't mind me asking?

At 280hp my b16b was making 175ftlbs.
That's easy for stage 2 CC.
I can't remember how much I payed(I'd rather forget tbh)

Nice one man I think the stage two should be ok. What flywheel are you using?

Fidenza flywheel in mine. Just because I had it tbh.
