Pulling to the left

I know you've checked the tyre pressures, but are the front tyres the same make? Are the tread patterns the same? Going in the same direction?

any sign of crash damage? bent strut tower or subframe?

Bipbip216 Makes a good point- adding to that is there any uneven wear on the tires? If there's odd and uneven wear that can cause it to drift a bit. However I bet the guys who did the alignment would have mentioned that.

This problem could very well be in the brakes. It could be a stuck caliper or rusted and stuck slides on one or more calipers, causing one side be stuck more than the other.
It would be a good idea to swing the calipers up off the pads on all sides to not only check to see if the rotors are wearing evenly enough, but to check to see if the slides are all moving freely, the caliper piston itself is not rusted in its housing, and that the pads are not totally jammed in the bracket that they don't move.

It could also, in a rare instance, be caused by a CV joint that is not moving freely, slowing up one side of the car. But check the brakes first. See if all the wheels spin with the same ease when lifted in the air.
