In need of new pads for my Jordan. I currently got Ferodo ds2500 pads, looking at reviews for other brands any suggestions or keep ferodo?

Track or road use?

for fast road use Mintex m1144 would be a great pad and not as expensive as some of the more track orientated pads

Ferodo are a better pad than EBC in my experience, if your wanting something more aggressive for the track Carbon Lorraine RC6 would do the job but they can be harsh on discs

I do a couple track days a year not many. I thought the ferodos did very well on track may just stick with them again. Thanks

Carbone lorraines are expensive, but really effective.

I found them great for braking performance but I got a lot of build up on the discs after a trackday, did you find this also?

I wouldn't touch anything EBC with a bargepole,

I am on my 4th set of DS2500s, can't fault them.

They are a great pad but I also found this and a lot of dust on the wheels... Ds2500 or rc6 would be my 2 choices everytime..

I live the carbon Loraine rc6 pads, they last ages aswell. I can't say I've noticed any extreme disc wear either tbh.
I've ran yellowstuff on the road and track before and they are fine, but that's all they are.
If your happy paying ds2500 money then I'd stick with them
