Guys I'm fitting a rotrex supercharger on a k20 but car has no ac or ps. What belt size do I need and where can I source a belt from?

Run some string around the path which the belt would take then measure the string to determine what length belt you will need

If you have power steering I would keep it, I don't really see why people remove it!!.

Just removed my ps, not a k swap car but I did it for steering feel in track.
It's said that the power steering dulls the feedback from the wheels. This I don't really want on a track car.

Most race cars have power steering.

Most race cars have power steering.

Most racecars have a lot more grip than an ek civic aswell.
More grip = more effort.
Plus the power steering systems in "most racecars" aren't anywhere near similar to those found in a road car. Esp out civics.
Comparing say btcc civic to ours is apples and oranges.

That 's true but do you think It makes a big difference for the track to sacrifice road driveability if you are using it for both.

I haven't tried it yet. Obviously the cars not drivable ATM.
I doubt it will be enough to warrant doing it on a car that sees daily miles, but then I haven't felt how heavy it actually is yet. As it stands with no engine in the car I could easily live with it daily.
Obviously it will be heavier when the engine is installed,

Would be good to here your feed back when the car is drivable.

Yeah I have removed all internal seals on the rack and this made a huge difference when I bench tested the rack. Made movement much easier!
