bought a few things off tegiwa, arrived on time and everything seems to perfect. would deal with again :)
 
heard terrible things about tegiwa about delivery times and SOME quality of there products.

However i can't knock them, ordered the product on monday and was delivered this morning :D and looks top notch :D
 
Once again I ordered from Tegiwa and once again no issues! Placed the order monday lunchtime for my ds2500 pads and they've arrived before 12 on the wednesday!

Can't fault them myself! :)

I ordered some parts and ask before for the availability.
I needed it asap and so I paid 10£ for a fast shipping (2-3 days) and they come after more than 10 days.
I asked them why I paid more for a slow shipping and no news since my mails...

That's not very professional imo
 
Ordered a rrs intake skunk2 throttle body and skunk2 headers, still waiting they should have been here at the latest yesterday
 
Got a donut gasket from them, really quick delivery, very happy. I just hope the gasket fits haha.

Just received my Genuine honda fuel filter and ngk iridium plugs and cannot fault they're service! Delivery was very quick.
 
Had an issue with a faulty product, they replaced it no problem without even asking for a receipt and arrived very quickly, definitely use them again :)
 
Paid for next day delivery £10 extra on over £600 worth of stuff. Parts not delivered, not surprised at all. Will I be getting refunded??

Hi Andy, you ordered at 14:22 on the 10th, on every item page it says the cut off is 1pm for same day dispatch, so it shouldn't really come as a surprise that you didn't get the item on the 11th. Unfortunately that item is out of stock, but more are coming back in within 3-4 days. I can refund you if you would prefer. All this was explained on an email sent out at 17:22 yesterday.

Your website says that orders need to be made before 1pm yes, however it also says orders for next day delivery need to be made before 3pm, so yes I am surprised they never arrived.

Also If they are out of stock whey did you email me yesterday to say that they had been shipped via UPS & provide a tracking number that surprisingly doesn't work?

Just to clear the next day up, now I've called they amended the website so it now only says before 1pm.
 
So it took 10 days to arrive. Box was a little beaten up and one of the ride top hat adjusters was bent to buggery so I can't be used.
Packaging left much to be desired. A piece of scrunched up brown paper at the end of each shock, no padding nothing.
WOW! Just what you want to see when you open the box.
Still amazed I got my £10 delivery refunded.
In short, follow your first instinct & buy Meisters.
 
Needed a main fuse ASAP
Got it to me within 2 days of payment.

Beats waiting weeks by other suppliers

I ordered all of my Kswap parts from Tegiwa and they offered better prices than anywhere else, all of my order was correct and delivered on time

I have continued to use Tegiwa for parts since then and the service and prices have been excellent
