Nice build, well done:bow:

What brand are those windows? They look really good for polys.

Looks great! What did you use just black spray paint?

Ah right. Could you do the whole window if you wanted? To act as a tint like the stock ek9 ones? Or is it complete black out?

No its just like black paint... my poly windows have a grey tint.. they do a bronze tint too..

Nice velocity stack, however I would not have the mesh inside like that, the surface area covered by the wire that makes up the mesh is probably a lot greater than it looks and will disrupt air flow.
Used to see people using that mesh on carburettor ram pipes all the time

Everything about this car is incredible...until I saw the tyre paint in the last photo haha. :nerv:

:fapfap: period.

Thanks for s haring! :D

Car made 240bhp with that mesh in when I had 3" intake... its not doing any harm. ;)

Tyre paint just wipes off, its no permanent... wanted to see how it looked.

The surface area of the wire will probably be around 1"square or more so in theory it is a restriction spread out over that 3" diameter.
I would use a large domed sieve on the outside of the velocity stack.
Still good power though how ever you look at it.
Wasn't trying to be negitive about your build btw, I do really like it as its plain and simple and obviously very effective. a nice change from all the bling shiny bits k20 builds!
it has me thinking about k swaps again

No problem, the new intake is 90mm, combined with the 70mm tb and new header and 3" exhaust I hope to be nearer 250 after remap... I also have DC5 cams to go in but not sure they are worth the hassle.

I agrree, bling and shiney doent make it faster. :)
