Dam I miss this we car Ben! I Sold it to a friend and its been sat in his garage from from October 2013 Hes rebuilt the engine, gave it a full lick of paint inside, engine bay an exterior. Should hopefully see it about this summer again.

Well lads, i borrowed a set of leads from work, I build forklifts so, these have to pretty dam heavy duty ones. Connected them up... NOTHING. So went, got a new battery.. Connected it up.. NOTHING. looked around, checked all my grounds, all where tight on to the body. took out my hardwired...

ill try thicker leads and report back lee... Tho my leads are pretty thick :S

110% Tama Even done it in the correct order to ensure the battery wasn't going to explode again

I try a new battery tomorrow. Tho the previous battery done the same thing. And this battery was working perfectly fine in my brothers EK4

Voltage wise? - I didnt check as i wanted the power cut to it asap before any damage was done. Didnt have a new battery at the time. Ill have to get one but i dont see how it will cure it when the previous battery was working fine with it. Possibly a bad earth somewhere?
