I have an issue with my civic 1998 1.4 On cold start it seems to hunt with revs lifting and falling. Once warm, Idles perfect until I raise revs and hold them as seen in video underneath. Driving over 1500 revs is fine seems no issues are apparent. But as revs drop during coasting car starts...
