done it damn radiator was crap ,,, the flow was resticted to much by the internal core holes being too small if any body reads this stay away from cheap alloy rads

forgot to mention the radiator is an alloy one 52mm twin core if that makes any difference

water pump is new and the heater is hot mate list of new things water pump, thermostat, head gasket (oem), radiator and cap, ect switch, fan switch, iacv, temp sensor, this car has cost me a small fortune and it still aint right ,i dont know what to do next

i did wonder about that but i bled the system so every thing was hot with no bubbles , then put the cap on , then went for a quick blast round the block and when i got back the bottom hose and the bottom of the rad was stone cold and solid with pressure

thanks for you help tama666 but the cap and radiator are new and i flushed the system very well , its also got texaco coolant 50/50 mix , im going to take out the thermostat today and see if it still pressures up if it still doe's the same thing i aint got a clue

hi can anyone give me an idea what size injectors to use please , im getting some independant throttle bodies for my b18c4 and was wondering if i should upgrade my injectors ,, if you think i should what size should i get and what options are there . cheers

yes buddy all tested now i definately the iac .. it was tested by a local genious and the iac is not working to its proper perameters , so happy days if i can find a good iac:))

nope that didn't do it ,,, i tried another ecu today and it ran the same,:nono: so im thinking its got to be the iac even tho the bloke that checked it said it was working. dont suppose anyone has a good spare for a b18c4 for sale :please:

cheers that sound like a good possibility, the vtec is engaging fine ,, i will try that in the morning with the ect i did find one problem today the small pipe that goes from the iacv to the throttle body and then on to the head where the radiator top hose goes, i found a tiny split in that...

no such luck my friend its a chipped p72 from winfab tuning , the thing is i have been running the car on that ecu for 9 months with no problems
