I can't see it running as the b18 is the te civic but the wiring isn't done, I'm buying it as a project so I'm gunna take the chance when I see it, if alls good ill buy it! Keep your eyes open for a project thread !! Thanks for all the replies

hi all ive been offered a 1,8 vtec running gear from a aerodeck vti, i havent seen it running, the local lad wants £400 for the running gear, shall i jump at the offer?? please need some fast replies lads!! thankyou :lock::drive:

Thanks pal, that helped a lot!! I have no video of it running unfortunatley, The kit includes all the running gear, engine, LSD gearbox, gear linkages, driveshafts and ecu, inlet mani, loom. The engine has 90k on it. How much do you think it's worth also? Many thanks

Hi guys, right basically I'm going to look at a b18 engine with tranny shafts ecu and loom ect. It's my first b18 and I'm just wondering what I should look out for being it bad and good? I really appreciate all answers as I don't wanna buy a shed lol! Thanks guys!!

Have you tried just a degreasant mate, Like gunk? A very light grit sandpaper works well too :)

Haha cheers Ross, well I know there are a few engine swap insurance companies like brentacre ect, which give decent quotes from what I've heard, it's something that ill have to look into :) thanks for your help guys
