That's a shame, another option would be a good quality tucked radiator like mentioned. I have just fitted a speedfactory dual pass 3" tucked radiator an the quality is excellent from my 1st impressions
It's a full width radiator but it's not as tall as the OEM rad so I fitted it to get cold air ducted straight to the ITB's. You could put your oil cooler on top of this rad behind the top grill
Any pictures?
It's an option but my oil cooler is 25row so it's pretty large.
Even then I think it would be close tbh
You could always move the oil cooler to the left or right side behind the bumper and add a cold air duct, I did that and used the DC2 bumper side vent to supply the cold air flow to the cooler
You can see in this pic where the original radiator lower brackets are and where this rad sits forward in relation to them, you could move it further forward if you wanted.
Is your oil cooler sandwiched between the rad and intercooler? I couldn't see it working the best there
Sorry to hear about your manifold probs dude. Sounds frustrating, hope you get something sorted out. You could get your turbo referbed?
Upgrade all the way then....Why refurb when you can upgrade and run more power? lol
Is the manifold sold as fitting with a stock radiator?
Yous with your large Ek chassis cars have it easy with space for turbos.........
