Love love love these. Awesome spec. U need an exhaust system on this to get the full on v8 rumble! Perfect replacement for the cayman. Whats the plans?

A few things planned, black kidney grills, led halo bulbs, carbon spoiler, carbon splitter, exhaust etc

This makes me chuckle somewhat.....

Video....

tge exhaust mod to the standard exhaust sounds naughty....

The video vs the R8 is with a 6 speed manual M3 too, the dct is quicker. Anyone got an R8 so I can find out haha

Lovely looking car do you think it would be quicker than the Cayman on A and B roads, it would probably eat the Cayman at the Ring.

I'm not sure to be honest, I guess over the tight slow stuff the cayman would be quicker but over the longer faster parts the m3 would. It's also hard to say in terms of enjoyment, if you are the type of person the takes cars to the limit of grip with a bit of understeer/oversteer then the M3 woukd win you over. If you'd use 90% of the performance you'd prefer the cayman I think.

Well I've done a few things,
-new oem center caps (old ones where corroded)
-Black kidney grills (oem are chrome)
-White halo LED's (oem are halogen)

Small things but make a difference!

Spent some time giving the M3 a mini detail today,
-Hovered inside, leather conditioned seats, cleaned all plastics/leather.
-Washed car thoroughly
-Clay bar'd full car
-Washed again, dried car.
-Clayed wheels,washed wheels again.
-Added tyre dressing.
-Polished tail pipes.
A few pics....

Will be ordering some new parts soon :)

Tidy motor :nice:

Definitely a future classic being the last of the NA M3s. What's the dual clutch like? I've noticed a few E9x M3 owners opting for these over the manual.

It's fantastic, I'd normally opt for a manual but the manual is crap compared to the s2000 and the porsche.
The dct is quick and smooth, it's also faster and better mpg too

Beautiful car mate. Had a shot in the auto one and the gearbox is incredible in them. Ended up buying an smg e46 m3 cause I found paddle shift so much fun
