I am going to start with the fact I will never give anyone abuse for what their views are etc as this is hugely based on people opinion and views, people need to learn to respect others!!!
I like many I know have still not made a decision.... the problem is that both sides give you bias information to make their side look good and the other side bad! There is no impartial information to help give you the facts.
The biggest thing I hate is the Scots that are saying things like "If you dont say yes your not a true scot, your stupid, brainwashed, scared...." etc and turning nasty on other Scots that dont have the same opinion as they do!
Everyone has their own decision to make and the right to their own vote, RESPECT IT!!! I just hope the majority of people do their research and not just vote "YES" because they hate the English or base their vote on their football team etc this is a HUGE decision which has consequences either way!
Doesnt matter if we are independent or part of the UK im still Scottish
What i can't grasp is that if this is the only chance we are going to get at an independent Scotland why we are not grabbing it. Every other country have been desperate for it and with the polls nearly 50/50 it makes me wonder why Scotland doesn't want it, too many people are afraid and just voting no because they think it is a vote for no change but in reality its not at all.
The "posh twats in the uk" probably care a lot less than you think. The UK is ****** when Scotland leaves. The posh twats in London have left it too late to release and are now shitting bricks.
It sure will, but who will suffer the most? Why don't the English get a say because it WILL effect all of us.
If every person in Scotland voted yes and everyone in just London voted no then we would still not get independence, i think thats why because the population of England is so large so would be unfair realy. Why don't the English get a say because it WILL effect all of us.

They will still be wealthy and comfortable,
If all the big British company's that have said they will pull out of Scotland if it becomes independent do so it will have a massive effect.
I don't see how Scotland could possibly sustain itself when it has nothing in place to start with.
Surely The cost of replacing everything that Britain takes with them is going to require massive tax hikes?
Every question that is put Alex salmond he seems to just say "oh that's just scare mongering"
In other words "I have no answer"
On another note, if the British touring car championship and other big race series decide to ditch knockhill off their fixture list then that could have a very detrimental effect on the upkeep of the curcuit
I think if you vote yes your screwed
If you vote no your screwed, but no more than the rest of us
Was talking about the same thing the other day. My girlfriends dad is RAF.He doesn't have any answers, goes off at a complete tangent when hes asked one!
Also, the military side of things - as of now there are 2 raf bases in Scotland, a few naval bases and a dozen+ army camps. What will happen to these and the 15k+ (complete guess, but probably more) personnel work there?
They all pay for goods and commodities within Scotland aiding them, in effect - I wonder how Scotland would fare without them?
Hell, I'm all up for Scottish independence, but I simply don't think it'll work out as he plans - also, Alex keeps ranting on about the Scandinavian states/region as being well off. True, they are! But not only has it taken decades for them to get there + they are among the most taxed in the world.
If the Scots don't get it this year, a few years down the line - definitely.

It's not just the military personal it's the contractors etc etc that all go along with it.
So if Scotland have no real military who's going to look after them in the event of a war/attack/crisis?
