96 itr wheels

my brother bought some today and they dont fit his ej9 :s thought they would of fit straight on

what kind of hub conversion is needed to get them to fit and where would i get them from?

96 spec shares the same stud pattern as the four door vtis civic [mb6] .dont think there are many more using that pitch

will the 96 itr front and rear hubs and brakes fit on too??
