is the exedy oem clutch better than the oem one?

i want to buy a clutch for my ek4 as the clutch is going i want to buy the exedy oem clutch but dont no if its better than the oem one any help please

I have one in my dc2..i find it ok no problems and smood to drive.

have a stage 1 in my jordan,for daily driving its a little heavy for traffic etc id go for a oem dc2 one
