I had a ground control/koni yellow combo on my ek4 for nearly 2 years great setup for road/ occasional track use

oh and I had custom higher spring rates was still comfortable

Advantage of coilovers is you can set spring rebound & height so you can go lower saying that if your new to track it'll take a while to max out the ground control/koni

I chose the coilovers, I buy a EG3 for the city, and my EK4 use it for track day
