hi guys just thought i'd post some pics up of my Ek9 currently in japan which i won through an auction.

It has a few mods which i will need to swap over for standard parts to sva it in uk and swap em back after, also has recaro seat for the driver which i might change back to standard

Probably use it as a second ride as i already own a 2001 celica TRD Sports M as i like the drive of an EK9 that could change

let me know what u think:

i dont like the side and rear aero parts or the hood but the performance mods and the feels strut bar make up for it. its good in my book, plus aero parts can be changed easily, and its all about what YOU like.

Damn, nice car man! you have all the mods i wish to have! you have 5000$ + in modifications, hope you can post pictures of your suspension soon!

if you sell any parts let me know! :)

thanks for the positive feedback guys, apart from the mugen airbox, strut braces, spoon exhaust am not familiar with others as am not familiar with all the mods such as:

the engine mods
and the gauge on the steering wheel
ecu
Engine maangement on the dash etc

could you let me know what they all are

also i forgot to add a pic of the rear strut brace and ti forgot to mention i'm from Birmingham, england:

do you think i should change the skirts and bumper back to standard?
i will get more pics up including the suspension when the car lands in the uk end of next month

cheers guys

List of mods you have (lucky you)

Mugen intake
Mugen header
Feel's front strut bar
Recardo bucket seat + low posistion seat rail
Apexi power fc + commander.
Mugen rear upper strut bar.
Alluminium radiator
Personal steering wheel.
I'm not sure, but i think you have a air / fuel gauge.

+ the others you already mention.

In my opinion, change the bumppers and the skirts back to oem :)

That looks awsome mate ,Very nice plus the bonus all the toys ,as for the side skirts It looks nice as it is:) I wouldn't rush into putting it back to standard

yes mate got the shipping details so car should reach uk end of jan

Due to xmas rush in new cars in Japan there had been a delay which i was told is expected around this time of year

So am looking at about mid to late feb when its been de-modded to pass with a model report + sva'd and then finally registered on the road

saying that i did notice the brakes have been uprated so am looking forward to checking out the rest including suspension

cant wait!

lucky you, you have a track ready car! i just saw on the last photo that you have slotted rotors, :)

Love youre bucket seat also :)

nice :ek9:

race track ready car.
good idea to return it to its stock body kit.Rs dont need body kits,my opinion.

i just checked the suspension last week when it went for MOT, apparently its got adjustable coilover suspension with A1 racing written on them i dont know if thats the brand but will give it a closer look next time

at the moment its just been through an sva test adn waiting for my registration documents from DVLA which could take about a cpl weeks and then it'll be on the road!
