Bee*R Install Help [PLEASE HELP]

Hi Guys,

Trying to install a Bee*R Here, and im unsure to what my ECU Is. And is the the correct wire to cut?

Cant find instructions, the car just wont start when the BEE*R is installed,

Ive the Ground and Ing Power comming from the radio? would that cause a problem?

Any help is appreciated (y)

FYI: The Car is a 1998 Ek3 d15z6 SOHC VTEC [UKDM]

Ok ive looked a little, can anyone clarify if this is correct,

the ecu is a OBD2A - EDM P2Y (D15Z6)
 
Hmm when I tried to start the car it wouldnt tick over, the limiter was set to 0, but thats it not active? Maybe id I adj the limiter it might work? If thats the case ima feel stupid lol
 
Tried again to adj to a higher number. . No joy
