Sorry, but i've already searched in this forum.

I would know the difference between:

OEM plug NGK PFR7G-11 platino long life (also called "Laser platinum")
and
NGK Laser Iridium Long Life IFR7E-11

And also the difference between:
NGK IX Iridium BKR7EIX-11
and
NGK IX Iridium BKR7EIX-11PS (or BKR7EIX-11S) equippement of CTR01 and S2000

which do You suggest on ek4 with some mods?

PS: italian NGK catalogue suggests to use 7 heat range for ek4 as well for the itr

NGK PFR7G-11 is a platinum tipped plug with a platinum inserted in the ground electrode, NGK IFR7G-11 is an iridium tipped plug with platinum inserted in the ground electrode, iridium tipped plugs require less voltage to jump the gap as the iridium tip is smaller than the platinum tipped plug. also iridium can stand higher temperatures than platinum so you get longer service life from iridium plugs.

for B16A with some mods just get the NGK IFR7E-11 or a Denso VK22 iridium plug, both are iridium & both have platinum inserted in the ground electrodes.

Thanks...

And the other two types?

the first is just an off the shelf iridium plug & the other is the same except it has a few changes to meet the OEM specifications, it's much like the genuine factory sparkplugs only cheaper.
